save as file type list on OS X

Bug Description
Using OS X 10.11.4 / InkScape 0.91, the save as file type list has a lot of blank space at the top, and extends below the taskbar.
Moving the window upward and scrolling the list reveals most options, but some are still hidden by the taskbar.
