rename "pop selection out of group" feature

Bug Description
A few complaints have been lodged regarding the name of the aforementioned feature. I asked for suggestions but until now no better ones were found. In discussion with jabiertxo, we came up with:
"selection to parent group"
as the base name. Please give feedback here as to what you think the name should be, I am thinking something to describe
"move selection to containing parent group"
so perhaps
"move selection to parent group" is enough. But some of the previous complaints were that the current name is too long. Let me know, I will change it.

I agree that pop is a too technical name for this feature (and a bit long)
So my "ReGroup" suggestion is probably a slightly different feature, since it would group the selected items outside of the current group. But perhaps "Ungroup Items" or "Partial Ungroup" would work, it suggests the same functionality as ungroup, but only on the selection.
