Bug Description

If you try to save to an EPS with a path that has <= 0.05pt thickness strokes, the EPS doesn't include them.

Please see the attached file. The circle on the left has a 0.051pt thickness, and the one on the right has a 0.05pt thickness. Only the left is included in the EPS output.

I don't know if this is might be related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1527285

Inkscape 0.91 r13725 on Mac OS X.

This is the output if you save as EPS. Note the lack of the right circle.

I receive the same output with Inkscape 0.91+devel r14842 on Mac OS X, which is the latest built version on the downloads dropbox.

Stable 32bit 0.91 release for Windows includes a rather old cairo devel snapshot (1.11.2); both OS X packages tested by the reporter (0.91, 0.91+devel r14842) use newer cairo versions which are affected by this bug (all stable cairo releases >= 1.12.4):
