Fill tool doesn't work properly

I've tested it in windows 10 and the fill tool is working properly there. Same version 0.91 r13725

I've installed trunk on Archlinux and the same problem arise.

 Area not bounded cannot fill

Some people on IRC have reported similar issue

Nope, tried with every threshold. You annot reproduce the bug?

Maybe try with fill threshold setting in the single digits... setting at 100 shown in video may not fill anything.

Do you have potrace installed?
