Bug Description

The icons in the Inkview control window (accessible by pressing the "enter" key) seem to be broken (see attachment)

This is on Windows 10 with Inkscape 0.92pre3 (both 64 bit and 32 bit builts)

Could somebody check if other OSs are affected, too?

Confirmed on Windows XP (32-bit) with lp:inkscape/0.92.x rev. 15183.
Not reproduced on Xubuntu 16.04 with lp:inkscape/0.92.x rev. 15183 and lp:inkscape rev. 15244.

Only affects GTK2 builds as far as I can tell (at least on Windows).
GTK3 builds (both with devlibs and MSYS2) correctly load icons from Adwaita icon theme.
