font clipped

i found a font called Signarita Zhai at http://www.1001freefonts.com/signarita_zhai.font
in inkscape when doing capital letters the top of the font doesn't render correctly
its clipped off
attached is what it looks like for me on my screen
the clipping amount changes some if you change zoom levels in or out
if you find right zoom level it will show all of the font properly
if you do object to path it does seem to show correctly
but I seem to recall when I first hit this on another machine it didn't do that all the time tho

inkscape is extra/inkscape 0.91-22 in arch linux
