limitation in the transformation panel rotation spinbox

Bug Description
Tested in win64 Inkscape 0.92.0 r15299.
The option "grad" cannot accept higher values than 360, although at least 400 would be necessary covering at least one full rotation.
More confusingly the "turn" option has the same 360 limitation.
You can rotate an object by 359,25 rotations, but cannot rotate only by 450°.

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.91 r13725, 0.92.9 r15299 and lp:inkscape/0.92.x r15321 on OS X 10.7.5 (the units 'grad' and 'turn' are new in Inkscape 0.91).
AFAICT only affects the angle entry in the 'Rotate' tab of the 'Object > Transform' dialog. The one in the guides dialog does not have such limits. I don't know atm whether the widget combination for angle input is used elsewhere.
