Bug Description
While drawing a bunch of pictures and text for a poster
my machine began to slow considerably. Not sure what
that was about. But when I went to print it in
landscape it printed landscape on portrait. I flipped
it horizontally to see if that would work and it did
not. It also did not print the text until I selected
all in layers and grouped the pictures and text.

There seems to be three bugs in one here. Slowness while
editing - Bulia has done some great work recently in
optimizing node editing.
Printing ungrouped pictures and text - this bug I can't
recreate on windows. If someone else can replicate it they
should open a new bug.
And difficulty printing landscape. This also affects windows
builds. The usual workaround is to set the driver to
landscape mode by hand, but this is the sort of thing we
should expect the software to do.

This may be worth investigating to see if it can simplify
fixing bugs like this.
