Bug Description

A tool that could easily create and modify tables will
be a good improvement. Somethinkg like that:

- select the number of raws and columns,
- define the thickness of the border and its color
- define the color of the background
- define what rows or colums will be colored (all /
every second / every third, etc...)
- possibility to place (or type) text and to adjust it
inside of table cells (center, top bottom, left right,
center)

This would save a lot of time while creating printed
stuff like user manuals, products comparisons or
something like that...

See "Grid arrange" dialog in CVS. It does all this except
creating borders. If you want to suggest improvements to
that dialog please file a separate RFE.
