document property page does not fit the screen hight

Bug Description
Hi, I'm using Lenovo E31 with 1366x768 Display, Debian 9.1 with Gnome version 3.22.3 and Inkscape 0.92.1 r15371.
When I try to open Document properties page (Crtl+Shift+D) it shows up but can not fit into my screen.
If I pull the window to the top, I can only see half of the box under "Border". I've tried opening it from shortcut of manually and scrolling down but nothing happened
