Stamp Tool Enhancements

I just discovered the stamp feature. It is neat, but it would be even
neater if a couple enhancements were added.

Parameter Variation: maybe it could be introduced in a dialog box similar
to the Tile Clones dialog. Allow the user to set min/max percentage ranges
for variations of RGBA values, line widths, xy scaling, rotation, etc. to
create similar objects with slight variations.

Multiple Object Hose: while multiple objects are selected, the stamp tool
would spit them out individually ... either randomly (set in the previously
mentioned Parameter Variation dialog box) or based on the z order of the
objects.
