used colors pallette show & change

Hum. I'd find this useful.

It'd be some sort of colour selection. Perhaps one could even click on one
colour on this palette and have all the objects with that colour selected?

This could be *very* useful.

i'm really happy to see that inkscape is costantly improving in a variety of directions... i costantly upgrade my installed versions with nigthbuilds... i know that "Named color swatches dialog" bug is waiting for an owner... but i think that a step forward in this direction can be added with little cost: just add a new command inside "Effects|Color" menu, that let select objects by their color (either inner or border)... together with the other (yet-implemented) command "Effect|Color|Replace" would implement a great part of my original suggestions, stated with the initial proposal of this bug.

i've just installed the last nightbuild version of inkscape... just lookin' around i've found that my previous message is almost obsolete... i've found search by color in "Find" menu command. thanx to all of you. it would be great if all features would be mapped in a wiki (i don't have found it yet)... with implementation date (faq is obviously not detailed enough).
