Bug Description
To have ability to edit the name of a particular fill pattern or patterns
within the drop down dialog rather than guessing what the different pattern
numbers represent.

Any news on this?
Suggestion for minimal code change: Ask the user upon pattern creation for a name. This is a time when the pattern is not used yet, so no references need to be checked and updated.
