Bug Description
Some EMF images are distorted and have wrong aspect ratio when imported to Inkscape. Microsoft software such as Word display them correctly. Not all EMF files suffer from this problem.
Examples are attached as a zip file that contains:
1) An EMF file that has this property
2) Screenshot showing a comparison between MS Word (left) and Inkscape (right)
It should also be noted that texts are not distorted.
If such an EMF file is saved in Inkscape, either as EMF or in other format, the resulting file has wrong aspect ratio, even when viewed using Microsoft software.
Tested with Inkscape 0.92.1 on Linux (Debian 9 "Stretch") and Windows, and 0.92.2 on Windows.
