Bug Description

Add new connector points to an object, so you can connect to any place on
the object.

It would help to have some kind of analysis of the changes necessary.

These "connector points" or "snapping points" would be a huge step forward.
Especially when somebody want to use inkscape as a diagramming tool, or
as a schematic diagramming tool for electrical engeneering.

Its really necessary if we want to defines clear connections point between elements.
(Maybe it is more clear if explained with some graphical examples?)

This enhancement request need a bit of attention...;)
