Bug Description

on Linux Mint with Inkscape 0.92+devel (7d6099e, 2017-10-23)

When I copy and paste an shape with or without style attribute and with or without class attribute, inkscape automatically create a style attribute in the copy with stroke-width:1, even if a different stroke-width is provided in a style element.
Doesn't append when I duplicate the element.

File include:
- open the file test_class_style_stroke.svg
- copy/paste the bluerectangle and look at the copy in xml-editor => a style attribute is created with stroke-width:1
- copy/paste the redrectanglesmallstroke => the existing style attribute contains now a stroke-width:1
- copy/paste the redrectanglebigstroke => the existing style attribute is kept, no change made on stroke-width

Seems quite important as it break the normal behaviour
