Gradient get only displayed by Inkscape itself

Bug Description

Inkscape creates (per c&p) gradients which can only displayed by itself. Can be saved as Normal and Inkscape SVG but Optimized save (Scour) removes this special behavior (so the gradient shows also by Inkscape not anymore).

I extracted the relevant elements, so we see a linked gradient with "gradientTransform". Scour removes the linked gradient element and calculates the position somehow new.

Probably related to bug #1153706.
Might even be a duplicate, the other bug only mentions percentages in combination with gradientUnits="userSpaceOnUse" (which is not the case here), though.
