Bug Description
Version: 0.92.2
OS: Windows 10
When exporting a relatively large file (say, 16k x 8k) to PNG, the progress bar appears, but doesn't update unless moving the mouse.

Confirmed in master and 0.92.x branch - seems we're only redrawing as a response to mouse input events...
