star corner number goes bananas from 3 to 1024

Bug Description
version: 0.92.3
operating system: Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia
Steps to reproduce:
1. select Polygon Tool
2. Select Star
3. click in Corners box, nothing happens, click on the up or down arrow and the numbers start going crazy - it will only stop at 3 (down arrow) or 1024 (up arrow), no ability to type a number in the box
