Shapes are wrongly displayed after a release clip (refresh issue)

Bug Description

When some shape has a clip, and you release the clip, the part of the shape that was previously clipped is not displayed on screen. You need to zoom in/out to make it appear.
This only happens when there is another shape in the background.
See attached file for sample svp, and screenshots: before/after releasing the clip, and expected result

Version: Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11) on Windows 7 64bits

Not reproducible in master, probably fixed by https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/merge_requests/996.
