New calligraphy dots use different style (followup to #1790378)

Bug Description
The style issue persists in part.
Colors seem to be carried over correctly now from dot -> calligraphy stroke and from calligraphy stroke -> dot, but stroke width and stroke style are not.
If the stroke style (dashes, width, paint order, etc.) is changed on a circle/dot, future calligraphy strokes get that changed stroke, but future dots do not.
Same for changing the stroke style on the calligraphic strokes - future strokes get it, future dots don't.
