"you guys should code a vector resizable airbrush, without feathering obviously for layers , an option that could crop and compile"

First off... in the future, please use the summary/subject field to enter a brief synopsis of the request or problem. Then use the large field for additional information to expand on that summary and describe things further.

The idea isn't a bad one, I'm just not sure how practical it is. With airbrushing you need variable feathering/density during a single stroke, which can't be done currently for many reasons, not the least of which would be SVG support. Additionally, it would kill all renderers available to us (performance-wise) in short order.

As a workaround, you can use the calligraphy tool to create your base strokes (or any object creation tool), and use the gaussian blur filter on them. Some of my more recent work has the look of airbrushing, and gaussian blur is my friend for achieving that look.
