more than 2 neigbor nodes connectable to one

What's the thingy ?

with bezier or F2 one node can only have two segments to join him to 2 nodes
so a node cannot connect with a segment to 3 or more (end)nodes

Why would you add this thingy even tough it's not W3C by the guessing of some cf. chat log.txt ?

A simple and very usefull example would be : Perspective drawings

making all the nodes of shape or the selected ones, converge to pespective point, moving this nodes changes the perspective.
