Bug Description
Hej.
I'm using a Tablet PC, with stylus, in Portrait mode. But in this mode, the Inkscape window does not display correctly, too many buttons on the tool bar, which appear outside from the screen. It would be very convenient to have the possiblity to use Inkscape in Portrait mode !
