Easy editing of Calligraphic Presets

When you select a preset and make a change, instead of the preset selection
jumping to "No preset" have the preset selection remain except with a "*"
beside the name (i.e. Marker*). This will make it easier to identify which
preset you had been using before making a change.

When you choose to save the changes, populate the "Profile name" (should
that be changed to "preset name"?) with the selected preset name so you can
easily save over it.

With these changes you could change "No preset" to "Default" and allow users
to easily define their own default.
