Keyboard Zoom has no focus

Bug Description

When using the + and - keys to zoom around a drawing, it should be possible to select the current cursor position as the centre of the zoom / unzoom operation.

If this can't be the default behaviour, then please allow it to be a behaviour it's possible to configure, or obtain using a mouse button or keyboard meta-key combined with the + or - keys.

Ctrl+click looks far easier, but why not.

Absolutely. Ctrl+ left or right click would be excellent.

Mike,

Ctrl+right click does already zoom, and adding Shift zooms out.
Even better, you can use Ctrl+Mouse wheel. They all use the mouse pointer as a center reference.
Take a look at the whole list: http://inkscape.org/doc/keys046.html#id2246238

But I'm not sure we really need extra shortcuts.

I also think that this doesn't deserve extra shortcuts and I really doubt how necessary could be this feature, since we already have:
- ctrl+wheel to zoom in and out (focused to the pointer)
- ctrl+middlebutton to zoom in and ctrl+shift+middlebutton to zoom out (focused to the pointer)
- +/- to zoom in and out (focused to the center of the view), and we can center the view to the selection with 3.

This sounds like the regular "the program that I used before did it that way and I like it". I don't want to be harsh, but it's the kind of requests that cover personal preferences rather than real needs.
