Bug Description
Using inkscape 0.47pre1, copying a rectangle and attempting to paste width, height or size onto another rectangle has no effect.
In 0.46 it would change the corresponding size of the second rectangle.
Display mode Normal, no snaps enabled.
Using XQuartz 2.3.3.2 (xorg-server 1.4.2-apple42)
