Bug Description
I'm unable to use Inkscape 0.46 on my 1024x600 netbook (running Ubuntu 9.04)
because the program appears to enforces a minimum window height of 755 pixels.

Mine will load but locks up when I attempt to scroll (1024x600 windows xp).
