imported PDFs display raster images upside down

Bug Description

1. Create new svg document
2. Drop some png image to to
3. Save document as pdf
4. Open it again

result: image would be mirrored from top to bottom

inkscape version - both 0.46 and 0.47pre3 compiled from sources

That's what happens, also there are small displacements of the X and Y coordinates. I'm attaching a testcase and the result.

The PDF is imported with the images converted to pattern as the fill of an object the size of the page with a clipping path the size of the original image. When opening the PDF in Illustrator CS4, the situation is the same (I think) except the images are not upside down.
