Bug Description
I tried to find an object based on the value of inkscape:label attribute I've assigned to it. Looks like the edit>find dialog doesn't actually look for values in the 'attribute' field, but the attribute name. I really thing the UI for the find functionality is quite awkward. For inspiration, check out google :)
I think the starting point of that dialog should be:
[ ] [find]
Every additional checkbox limiting or extending the scope of the search should be considered a necessary evil based on _relevant_ use cases.
Also it would be quite useful not to pop dialogs over the area of interest, the canvas, but use less intrusive in-window search bar like Firefox does.
