Bug Description
Inkscape version: 0.47pre4 r22446, built Oct 14 2009
* Fill and Stroke (Shift+Ctrl+F) Dialog Box.
1. When undocked Alt+P and Alt+Y correctly switch tabs from "Stroke paint" to "Stroke style". However "Fill" has no corresponding keyb shortcut.
2. When docked (right side) Alt+P opens the "Path" menu from the main menu bar and does not activate the "Stroke paint" tab. Alt+Y continues to work correctly. "Fill" still has no corresponding keyb shortcut.
3. Docked or Undocked: both "Stroke paint" and "Stroke style"'s underlined letters (p & y) are not underlined when unselected. This means we have no visual clue what the shortcut is until the actual tab is clicked, forcing mouse use.
