Bug Description
Please offer a lock possibility for ratio for rectangles W & H and Rx & Ry.
When drawing a rectangle with F4, the W and H and the Rx and Ry can be set manually. Please offer a way to lock these so changes of one are immediately applied to the other. This should function similarly to changing aspect ratio of an entire object by means of F1.

Dragging one of the size control handles of the selected rectangle in the rectangle tool with 'Ctrl' pressed allows to resize the shape with locked width-to-height ratio.
