Bug Description

Inkscape : Latest stable version 0.47

OS : OS X 10.6, Snow Leopard

i explain :

1 - I create a Spiro Path*
2 - I create a path with a "Bezier Curve" (Regular Paths)
3 - I cut the selection (I want to use this path as pattern)
4 - I select the Spiro Path*
5 - In the box : "Path Effect Editor", i select "Pattern Along Path" and i click on "Paste"
6 - Nothing happens...

This action is ok on Ubuntu...

Did you change the pasteboard preferences as described in the FAQ?

No, it's not you ;-) it's a bug in X11/Xquartz that can go unnoticed with normal copy&paste and is even harder to detect when pasting a path using the button in the 'Path Effect Editor' dialog.
