Need possibility to relink images

Bug Description

Hello, maybe this was signaled before... but I think this is a critical function needed.
When the file is moved, the link between SVG and imported raster images is broken. And can not be restored if the images are moved in same directory with the svg. Also, no option to search for files.
This should be resolved in a way or another, I think. Indeed, there is the possibility to embed the image inside the SVG. But, if I forget this and I do something with the image or the svg (i move it), everything is lost.

Somehow, I think is of both of them.
On load, maybe it should raise a YES/NO box, for searching the images... or to have this option somewhere in menu.
And if I move the raster file in same directory with the SVG file, inkscape should recognize and load it, even if I rename the directory, change partition and so on... In this way, the SVG file can stay small, but the project can be shared (zip entire directory and send to my friend).

There have also been some lengthy threads on the mailing list 'inkscape-devel' about this (main issue was whether images should be linked or embedded by default IIRC).

The relative path issue (bug #170225 “relative image paths instead of absolute”) is now fixed in the trunk. It should solve most issues, as long as your bitmaps are relatively linked to the SVG before moving the project files.
