Bug Description
Inkscape 0.48.0 r9654
Ubuntu 10.10 amd64
I have a file with a bunch of buses represented. A dotted line represents the wireless connection from each bus to the nearest transmission tower. It should appear as Good.png, but it loads with one of the dotted lines in the wrong position, as seen in Bad.png. I correct the line end point position, and save the file, but when I re-open the file the change is forgotten.
I think this is a loading problem, introduced by some inkscape update, since a couple of months ago I was working in this same figure with no problems...
Reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.0 and 0.48+devel r9976
Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.47 r22583 on OS X 10.5.8
As described in <https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/inkscape/ +bug/510618/ comments/ 8> and in bug #552289, unconnected connector lines or connector lines with one loose end are displaced on initial rendering ('Ctrl+Z' temporarily restores their correct position).
Most likely duplicate of bug #552289 though this issue has come up in several reports about connectors (related to resizing the page which puts the connectors inside a transformed group (layer)).
