Bug Description
Add the ability to set guides per layer (in addition to current global guides).
It should then be also possible to move guides between layers, copy guides between layers, share guides between layers and set guides as global.
The guides should be visible only if the layer is visible. In case of shared guides - only if at least one layer sharing that guide is visible.
Helpful when drawing a scene with perspective and many objects.
