In windows, WACOM Tablet positioning detection of 0.48.2 is completely messed up.

Thanks for reporting back - linking as duplicate to bug #845354. Please add a comment here and revert the duplicate status if you have new information which would indicate that the issues related to tracking the pointer position correctly with extended input devices on Windows XP are different after all.
