Inkscape does not import hyperlinks from PDF

Portable documents can contain hyperlinks attached to regions in the document
and vector drawings can contain hyperlinks attached to items in the drawing.
Inkscape imports drawings from portable documents but it loses the hyperlinks
in the process.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Tell Inkscape to import the Inkscape.pdf.
  2. Examine the hyperlink on the text box "INKSCAPE".

Actual Results:
  2. No hyperlink.
