Bug Description
Love the selection-sets!
But, after adding objects into sets, using the Clean up Document tool, the sets are deleted. :(
Win 8.1, 0.92-Pre4

I am running the pre4 concurrent w/ .91. Pre4 was installed in a separate folder.

Bug reproduced on Windows XP (32-bit), Inkscape 0.92.
Cleaning up keeps the defs element, but removes all its content.
