Please make sure kernel module iTCO_wdt is probed and it's blacklisted by default in Ubuntu

One can force to load iTCO_wdt by the following:

$ sudo modprobe iTCO_wdt ; lsmod | grep iTCO_wdt
iTCO_wdt 16384 0
intel_pmc_bxt 16384 1 iTCO_wdt
iTCO_vendor_support 16384 1 iTCO_wdt

The commands can be run prior to the CDTS tests to ensure this is (or not) related to iTCO_wdt.
