[RFE] Backup the baremetal disk to image

Bug Description

Ironic supports to 'dd' the disk image to baremetal harddisk now, but for end user, it is useful for them to backup/dd-back the whole disk systems to image put the image to storage for future usage, then they can deploy the backup image on anytime to restore to backup point in the future, no need to deploy new refresh system and install user software and do configurations again and again.

Reason: Thanks for contributing a specification to Ironic. However, because it hasn't been updated in a long time, I'm abandoning it. This is merely an administrative action to keep it out of the review queue since it is stale. If you'd still like to see this specification implemented in Ironic, please develop a new version of it addressing any negative feedback and updated with all new sections required to pass tests, then restore the patch and push the updated version to Gerrit.

This wishlist bug has been open more than a year without any activity. I'm going to move it to "Opinion / Wishlist", which is an easily-obtainable queue of older requests that have come on. This bug can be reopened (set back to "New") if someone decides to work on this.
