Bug Description

iLO drivers do not update firmware version into node capabilities viz. 'ilo_firmware_version' and 'rom_firmware_version' upon completing manual cleaning step 'update_firmware'. It needs to be updated upon successful completion of firmware update .

This is required if the node was inspected before performing the manual clean step of update_firmware.
