Bug Description
At the 2024.1 PTG in October 2023, the Ironic team consensus was to create a bug deputy role which rotates and handles some recurring project tasks, including bug triage and stable recurring job observation.
We should document the existence of this rotation in official Ironic contributor documentation and implement it for the remainder of the Caracal cycle.
