Bug Description
For some reason, Jenkins' continuous integration messages always appear as their own new thread in GMail. They do not get grouped with the rest of the merge request conversation.
This is really annoying:
* It makes it hard to tell which merge request the message is associated with (GMail also hides the link to the merge behind an expander, thinking it is a signature)
* It makes it hard to tell when in the conversation the CI message came through, since the merge request conversation is missing the message)
* It takes more space in your inbox, doubling or tripling the number of conversations due to merges.
At a completely random guess, maybe it's because the subject line is very different from the merge request conversation.

<mmrazik> mterry: you seem to be right about the subject: launchpad- plugin?
<mmrazik> A conversation will break off into a new thread if the subject line of the conversation is changed, or if the conversation reaches over 100 messages.
<mmrazik> mterry: can you file a "ps-jenkins shall not change the subject when voting" for jenkins-
