Feature Request: Add 'autoplay' option to video elements

Hi Markus:

I have been thinking about that and I agree with you that having to start the video with the mouse is not a very good solution. What I thought might be a good way of handling the control of videos is to allow the toggling of the state of the video as an effect. This should solve the problem in an elegant and flexible way and also allow "autoplay" by assigning the order number "0" to the effect (similar to how "initial" views can be achieved now by assigning the order number "0" to a view).

Let me know what you think about the idea.

Hey Hannes,
actually, I'm doing my first steps with jessyink (and I've only done few things with inkscape so far) and I don't know much about the internalls, and termonolgy like 'effects'. Jessyink is an awesome product, and I think whatever way you find to implement this would be the best :)
Maybe I will be able to define stricter requireme3nt from my side once I worked more with jessyink.
