FAQ, etc., in Misc. Admin page stored wrongly

Bug Description
When entering the FAQ, Home Page, etc., in the Misc. page, it is stored wrongly and refreshes to show 4 break tags per EOL! Manually correcting this does not help, and I had to do it via phpMyAdmin to remove the 4 EOLs at the end of lines. Oddly enough, it works fine under Xampp on my local PC.
