[A11Y]Toggle buttons in instrument pane can not be accessed/actioned by GOK.

Bug Description
Start the jokosher and GOK(GNOME On-screen Keyboard), add a new instrument to this project, select GOK main window UI Grab button to grab the widgets in jokosher window. In grab window, select one toggle button below the instrument, say "Disable this instrument for recording", GOK will pop up a new window which contains "Click", "Press" and "Release" buttons, select "Click" button.
Expected result:
After user choose the "Click" button, this toggle button should be toggle on/off.
Actual result:
Nothing will happen, user could access the toggle buttons, but failed to change its status.

Same bug can be found on "play", "stop", "record", "rewind" and "forward" buttons.
