Mobile: double events cause unpredictable behavior on view transition

Clicking on 'View service' from the environment view fires a tap (which activates the link and transitions to the service view) and then a click event ~300ms later, which can act on the service view, which has now loaded. If the view link was where, say, the 'Constraints' link at the top of the service view is, you wind up on the constraints tab after a brief flash of the units tab. Actions from the service menu should halt the event to prevent the second click event from having any effect.
