[UI] Adding a logical interface with TOR as parent , is not mapping the VN/MAC/IP to that intf

Bug Description
2.1 Build 16 Ubuntu 14.04 multi-node setup
nodec22 is running the contrail ui
I added 'tap1' as a logical interface under a physical device "vjoshi-vm-tor1" and assigned it a VN vn1 and a MAC
Even though the logical interface was created, the object didnt show VN/MAC/IP assigned to that interface.
Rahul/Siva are aware of this
