[UI] "Error in getting interfaces" on TOR with ~600+ vmis on a logical port

Bug Description
R2.1 Build 42 Ubuntu 14.04 multi-node setup
On this scaled setup, i have a TOR added with 1 physical port and 1 logical port.
About 600 vmis have been mapped to the logical port
The Contrail UI fails to load the Interfaces page for this TOR in Configure >Physical Devices> Interfaces page
The webui logs dont show any errors.
